Porous Stainless Steel Products With High Filtration Accuracy & Good Mechanical Properties

Porous stainless steel products are made of stainless steel powder as raw material without adding adhesive. After cold isostatic pressing (CIP), they are made by vacuum sintering at high temperatures. The pore size and distribution of the element can be adjusted to develop filtration products that ultimately meet the needs of users.

Porous stainless steel products can realize micron-level precision filtration and can separate solid particle impurities into liquids and gases. When the filter disc reaches a certain thickness, the filter element can be washed by reverse pressure so that the filter element can be used again.

Different shapes of porous stainless steel products made from stainless steel powder sintering technology
