Asymmetric metal membrane filter element adopts an asymmetric metal powder sintered structure, featuring a dual-layer design composed of a coarse-pore support layer and a fine filtration layer. An approximately 0.3 mm thick precision sintered metal powder membrane is applied to the support layer, providing both high-strength structural support and efficient surface filtration.
Compared to traditional homogeneous sintered filter elements, which rely on depth retention, are prone to clogging, and are difficult to backwash. The BDP-AS element significantly enhances filter ratimg, unit flux, and regenerability by optimizing the pore size gradient and surface filtration mechanism. Its asymmetric structure improves mechanical properties and fluid permeability, enables easy cake release without bridging, and is especially suitable for complex conditions such as high solids content, high viscosity, and high temperature and high pressure.
